1. Introduction
Welcome to Fur Ledger, a mobile hunting companion app owned and operated by Apex Global LLC, based in Battle Mountain, Nevada.
By using the Fur Ledger app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
Fur Ledger is available to users of all ages. By using the app, you confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement and that your use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal hunting laws and regulations.
3. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@furledger.com.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Fur Ledger offers a 7-day free trial for both monthly and annual subscription plans. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Fur Ledger does not collect or store your financial details. To manage or cancel your subscription, use your app store account settings.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all hunt logs, notes, locations, and records you create within Fur Ledger.
Fur Ledger may collect and use anonymous sound usage data to build regional sound performance maps and improve the effectiveness of the app. This data contains no personal or identifying information and can be opted out of in the app's settings.
By using Fur Ledger, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary for providing the app's services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the app for any illegal or unethical purpose.
- •Upload or transmit harmful, false, or misleading content.
- •Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt app operations.
- •Violate any applicable hunting or wildlife laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, code, and content in Fur Ledger are the property of Apex Global LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.
8. Data Security and Privacy
Your data is protected using industry-standard measures through Firebase, RevenueCat, and other secure platforms.
Use of Fur Ledger is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
Fur Ledger is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all hunting laws, firearm regulations, and safety practices in your area.
Apex Global LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the app or any data it provides.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data and logs are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website or in the app, and continued use means you accept the revised version.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Nevada, USA.
